A total of 526 out of 653 candidates completed the 17th Shari’ah Bar Examinations held on March 20 and 22, 2022 at the University of the Philippines Diliman (UP Diliman) in Quezon City. Out of 653, only 532 examinees took the test on the first day. On the second day, six more examinees were unable to take the examinations. Thus, only 526 candidates completed the exams. The 17th Shari’ah Bar Examinations, conducted by the Supreme Court through the Office of the Bar Confidant, were simultaneously held at the College of Engineering, the College of Arts and Letters, the College of Social Sciences and Philosophy, and the School of Economics of UP Diliman. The examinations were previously conducted at the Court of Appeals in Manila.
