Script is a policy framework based on alertness to postnormal times, an appreciation that most of our problems are interconnected and require simultaneous e"orts on a number of di"erent fronts and sectors – a society wide endeavour – and an awareness of futures needs and challenges. We need to prepare ourselves and learn to operate in the new postnormal world.
